Support Essentials is the Apple certified exam path for candidates wishing to upskill themselves to support the macOS operating system. Candidates will attend a three day, lab based classroom experience that provides an in depth training on supporting the macOS operating system, and then complete an Apple certified exam to obtain the ACSP certification.
The course is delivered by an Apple Certified Trainer in an authorized training environment, where the candidates will learn how to support macOS with a mixture of presentations and demonstrations, using a real world examples and exercises to develop the skills and understanding of the core concepts of macOS.
Finally, the Support Essentials course will prepare you to complete the Apple Certified Support Professional examination. This is an internationally recognized certification from Apple that demonstrates your proficiency in specific Apple technologies and supporting the macOS operating system.
