Hardware Certification Statement

At this point in time, Core Group Training does not offer training on the hardware repair of MacOS, iOS, TVOS and WatchOS units. The certification training is aimed quite specifically at technicians working in an Apple Authorised Service Provider, and hence we have opted not to offer this training at this stage.

The most important thing to understand about the AppleCare ( hardware exams ) is that successful completion of the AppleCare exams. It doesn't mean that Apple has authorized you to perform repairs or to conduct business directly with Apple or on Apple's behalf.

The purpose of the certification exams is to perform a validation of the skills of technicians, Apple will authorize service providers to perform repairs and conduct business directly on Apple's behalf.

For certification on Apple products, see
